INFECTED BY TrojanClicker:Win32/Doplik.Q since 01/23/23

[INFECTED WITH TROJAN]

I have been using paid IObit for approx 5 years and have been very pleased with programs.  

Lat week I was infected with the following malware, found by Microsoft Security:

TrojanClicker:Win32/Doplik.Q
Trojan Notifier
containerfile: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-3221059182-2555980598-2107275220-1001\$RJ0Y14P.iso
file: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-3221059182-2555980598-2107275220-1001\$RJ0Y14P.iso->app.zip->Energy/Energy.exe->(ZipSfx)->open.html->(SCRIPT0000)

I currently appear to have 5 copies of this in my computer.  Not found  or recognized by IObit Adv Sys Care 16 PRO or by IObit 

I have tried the 5 other anti-malware programs (free versions) with no result:
