Please make it superimpose on front of screen,if possible.Any screen that appears over it hides it.Also,transparency of Monitor,to see what's underneath,and move to place where please.Also,maybe a Rocket taking off,to inform Scan is getting ready for use,like the Smiley face used to.

Hi

Performance Monitor already has this feature. Please right-click any blank space on Performance Monitor to choose Settings, then check the option "Pin it up front".
