Screen / Computer sleep timer.

I wish that after running a scan with ASC that the screen timer would not set to zero. This leaves my PC vunerable as it does not shut down or put the PC in hibernation mode and allows the potential for someone to come into the system. So my work around currently is to select the Control Panel power options and reset the timers and delete the ASC power plan. Sorry guys......

Sorry for the issue you encountered.

Please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Well, I have the debugging zip file but when I try to email it to feedback@iobit.com I get a can not deliver error message saying that address does not exist.
