I purchased the license and never received the registration code

I purchased the registration on May 5th, I did not receive any response about my registration, and to top it off, I cannot contact anyone to solve my problem!
if a few days go by, nothing solves me, I'll open a call in the recleme here, and in the Procon, in Brazil. my email (email and phone number removed by moderator)
