Why does unisntall uninstall all my steam games lo l

Unisntaller 12 hasnt been working well for a while. Sometimes it wont even see gamesi  have installed other times it unisntalls all my games

This is from my steam library. If i uninstall one game for example company of heroes 2 it will uninstall everything i have installed Cold war Dirt 5 battlefield 2042

It seems to be ok now thanks the consistant follow ups

Actually i tried unisntalling company of heroes 2 and it wanted to uninstall all my steam games so no itsn ot fix
