Boost in right-click menu

Hi,

Can anyone tell me about the "Boost with ... " function in the right-click menu? This appears in the right-click menu of any .exe file. I already searched the Help and only found info regarding Game Booster and Internet Booster.

 

What I'd like to know is what effect it has such as:

-Just that file or all related files?

-Is there an on/off to this Boost

-What it does for you

-What changes does it make to the file and my system. As in, what does it do to my system, in case I deem the effects/changes undesirable.
