iobit key on new build

had a disaster my phone and pc blew same night no storms, belkin surge protector still in tack replaced psu but cannot get a bleep or bios screen so looking a write off. [was getting old single core p630 with agp graphics]

 

will build a new pc next week with new oem vista [comes with free w7 oem disc to be sent when released] will i still be able to use my key for iobit pro?

 

or do I have to contact someone at iobit to explain change of machine?
