Does Asc Interferes With Windows-explorer?

Hi everybody

 

i recently discovered that my windows-explorer forgets the last window when it opens.

The change it is sure that it is due to alterations in registry done by either ASC or CCleaner

 

if anybody knows something pls reply

maybe i am wrong

i thought that when u leave explorer it remembers excactly where u have been and at the next start goes straight there but i cchecked it on an old pc windows 98 and it goes to StartMenu always
