Internet Booster has no option for 256k

My broadband is 256kbps. however, the internet booster slider goes from 56 k to 512 k, with no in-between. Which one should I choose, and will it actually optimize the settings correctly?

Use 512k option and use auto optimization.

If you really want to optimize yourself, find IE sluggish thread and d the whole thread. Although it is for an older utility Firefox/TCP optimizer, it is still same in Internet Optimization utility.
