AWC.exe changed or moved

I have Advanced System Car Pro Version 3.3.4 installed on 3 computers. I paid $39.95 for this a few months ago and it has worked very well until today. I usually run a "Care!" sweep every morning, but on one of my computers all I get when I try to open the program is a "Problem with Shortcut" popup-type message stating "The item 'AWC.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" When I click on the Advanced System Care icon in Programs the only option I get is to uninstall it. It will not open. I'm afraid if I uninstall it, I will have to pay again to get it back on my computer. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Hii otto

If you right click the shortcut and then click properties, you ought to be presented with a window where you can insert which command this shortcut should refer to. Place the right string there and try again.

Cheers

Hi ottodad and enoskype

Additionaly you could try copying the AWC.exe file from one of your other computers and paste it the folder where you have the file that doesn't work - perhaps first delete the "invalid" .exe file, - this might be the easiest course of action :-)

Hi ottodad, addition to solbjerg, you don't have to pay again if you uninstall and install it to that particular SAME computer.

Cheers.
