I'm not sure about the 10-13643 - but, the rest of it looks familiar.

 

I've located that suspect file.

I've scanned the suspect file.

I've gone to MS and verified that it's supposed to be there.

The good news:

Try downloading the 2.1 IObit360 Beta...

Then download this afternoon's database.

Do another scan.

I got lucky... I could watch it hit on MSVCP60.DLL without a problem.

 

So, some way, some how.... for the new bets... it ain't a problem.
