HELP! url site(s)

For about 3-4 weeks now I have continued to get a site named

url.urtbk.com. This ties up my computer and doesn't even open anyways to find out what it is. Lately in the past week it has gotten worse--apparently there must be some kind of "worm" or virus taking over.

 

Any insights? I've read about mbam-setup.exe (Malware), yet it's like my computer KNOWS I'm trying to get rid of the "worm"-- I can open up most other sites, but it simply delays (or just stops) 1/2 way into getting into the setup. It will not let me follow thru to see if it will get rid of the virus.

 

That's why I ask the experts here.....any help?
