Don't use this software for now, it is unstable.

Wow... the details are overwhelming. You see, if there's something I've learnt through the years of testing and being active in a community, it's that you got to elaborate on WHY. Things gotta be based on something if people are gonna be able to come to a solution for you at all.

Okay, thank you for going into more detail. I'm sure one of the devs./mods./administrators will get back to you and will now have an idea what's happened.

when installing it can you tell us what you allowed to be Removed?

as in Danger Files.because i bet it took Drivers and files and locked them in

the vault.restore the locked files from the vault back to your system files.

So long as you left them there .r boot after the restore (replace)

Should fix this...

ok 2 ways you can find what you done with the program

1 click the icon on your screen ,property's ,find target ,than you should see

a log folder,or a Quarantine folder ,and go from there ,you may need the reinstall ,OS driver via repair ,that your logs showed ,as Quarantined..

Hi zshengcai,

Please give as much detail as you can about your hardware, OS, security software, etc., and describe the problems in detail, posibly giving screenshots.

I am positively sure that IObit, Admins, or/and other user experts on security software will give comments on it.

Hi raven211,

Thanks for your effort, but the user has been contacted with PM 12 days ago for reminder of IObit's request of detailed description of the problems.

Cheers.
