Spywareblaster slowdown

I have to disable the Standard Protection when I update Spywareblaster as it is so slow and I just noticed that with the new tools addition the Passive Defense has a few of the same options.

 

Is there some sort of conflict and will they counteract each other?

 

Edit:This version [2.1] has fixed the slowdown problem,but I'd still like an answer about any conflict.

You don't need Spyware Blaster any more.

 

Thanks but I'm not too sure of this statement,as I use a custom blocking list with over 9000 entries.......think I'll keep both running.

The reason the update is slower is because S360 is scanning the downloading update to make sure it is safe. Turning off protection while updating is fine, as long as you remember to turn it back on again;-)
