How bloody long does it take for this thing to load ?!?!

I downloaded Gamebooster, but for the past 45 minutes the damn thing has been stuck on "stopping windows management instrumentation driver settings". Am I doing something wrong?

Obviously... Iobit doesn't include winmgmt/Windows Management Instrumentation on the default list of safe applications to be temporary disable. You must have added it yourself, probably not knowing what you're doing either, so just take winmgmt off the list or uncheck it. Windows Management Instrumentation is required to be on, unless you want run into problems.
