get email quote a price

Good morning I have advanced system care and its coming where I need to renew , I get emails offering me 90% off with a price but when I go to purchase it  has a different amount, also in my renewal pricing they aren't a deal . So my question I guess how do I get the price  they offer instead of the one at cash out? Isabel

Sometimes they send emails with promotions but they are for new accounts, companies do not usually pay attention to who they send to, whether they are already customers or new users.
