permanently delete hidden files

When I ran an iTop Data Recovery scan, I was shocked by how much hidden data was in my computer. Rather than a recovery option, there should also be a deletion option. Sure, we have to be careful of deleting important system files, but those files shouldn't be included in a scan to find hidden tracking files, personal usage files, and old unused files. IObit uninstaller does a good job at finding old program files that should have been deleted during uninstall. But, I think there should be a program that goes deeper to find the hidden files like how iTop Data Recovery did and then do a permanent file shredder deletion. I want the junk, tracking data, usage data, and unused data out of my computer as much as possible. Now knowing how much data is in my computer that won't be deleted makes me want to buy a new computer and trash the old one.
