IOBit Software Updater should not install a 32-bit update unless a 32-bit version was already installed

I recently noticed an issue with IOBit Software Updater. Namely, it sometimes installs a 32-bit version of an outdated program even if a 64-bit version was already installed. Instead, it should always try to install an update that matches the architecture of the currently installed version (either 32-bit or 64-bit) if possible. If a 32-bit version used to be available but now only a 64-bit version is available, then the updater should uninstall the existing outdated 32-bit version before installing the updated 64-bit version.
