Hi IObit Team,

 

Privacy Sweeper of IS360 does not delete the cookies if the User Name contains Non-Unicode characters.

 

On the other hand, ASC Cookies Manager in Win Manager deletes the cookies even if the User Name contains Non-Unicode characters.

 

This problem is also valid for CCleaner for a very long time.
