I use Brave as my browser, and I had no idea when I purchased Advanced System Care last week that the program has had consistent problems with it.  Ever since installing ASC,  browser pages are messed up... graphics and text are shoved into the left or right side or the pages are blank and I have to continually re-load them sometimes two or three times in order for them to display correctly.  After doing a search, I'm finding users reporting these same problems to iobit dating as far back as 2021 with no apparent remedies.  I think I made a mistake in purchasing this software.  Does iobit ever plan on resolving these issues with Brave?

Can bump this as an issue, ASC proves to cause problems for the chromium based Brave browser from loading websites fully, and most websites if not all of them consistently do not load fully, and must be refreshed multiple times to load all site data from text to graphic and layout. The only fix I have found thus far is closing Advanced System Care from the task bar. If I re-open ASC, the browser will work properly for an unknown amount of time before this issue will come back. 

I fear that iobit might not have any plans to solve this issue.

Sorry for the issue you encountered.

Please provide us with the relevant screenshots of the issue so we can better understand it and check it further.

When the issue appears, please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to us via the email address feedback@iobit.com.
