AWC2 Free-Operation Stops programmes on start up

I recently installed AWC2 free edition, it looks good and time saving but this stops all the programmes which starts up with widow like firewall,anti-virus,anti-spy etc. Quick launh tray items like active guards of the start up pragramme cannot be activated latteron which leaves the computer unprotected. To add such programmes(which are not recognizeable byAWC2) to ignore list also failed to solve the problem and hence previos status was restored and the programme is not being used presently. :?: Kindly advise

Same Prob I had. In fact, the 'ticking' of the checkboxes is backwards!! Seems like the ones that you put a tick in should be the ones that you don't want to start at boot. :roll:

Yes. The select items will be removed from the startup list. The select items will NOT run at Windows startup.

AWC-2Personal Ed. Manage Startup Programmes

 

Re-installed AWC2. All the window start up items were add to ignored list before one click fixing problem, Startup manage menu was unchecked and then clicked for fixing problems. There after all the programme menu items were checked and scaned. Now the startup mange menu after scan shows no prblem. AWC is working fine. Again thanks for advice. :D

Re-installed AWC-2. All the windows startup items were added to ignore list before fixing of problems on scan and then Startup Manage Menu showing the problems was un checked and other problems were fixed. Subsequently all the AWC programme menu items were checked including Startup Manage Menu and scaned for problems. Now the Startup Manage Menu shows no problem. Thanks again for advice, Awc is working fine. :D
