Depends on what you want to achieve, I'd say.

Bear in mind though that IS 360 is still in beta!

Ty for responding. I just don't want to run redundant programs if one will suffice. I already have too many programs running in my tray. Perhaps I can just run scans with both. Is it necessary to have them both start with Windows and then go to the tray?

If you want real-time protection from malware, leave 360 running.
