I get the notice that there is an update but when I click on it to update.

it opens multiple IE windows and does nothing but stop responding ...

Now this does not happen when I open IE normally. just for this programs update.

Thought you might want to know this ..and Ive yet to get the available update for this program. I will however go to the regular site to get the download update..
