Gamebooster 1.2 no longer able to select services?!?!?

Recommended Posts

I've noticed that the best feature in gamebooster has been "modified". I used to be able to select the individual services i wanted to stop, but now i have to go into the options and do it with NOTEPAD!? I have to assume wich abbreviation is which service instead of just putting a check in the box via gui? It seems like a step backwards to me. I need the Human interface device access service to stay on when i run gamebooster, because it allows me to use my keyboard to raise and lower my volume in games, which is the only way i can raise and lower my volume w/o touching the master volume for my system. Long story short, if i edit hidserv to equal 0 in notepad will that leave it on?

Edit: should i do it under vista, xp, or both lists?
