GameBooster 1.21 accessing internet after closing the process

After running GB and restoring normal settings about 5 min after exiting the program my firewall is informing me that "GameBooster is attempting to access the internet by using Java Platform SE binary"

I'm somewhat curios about this as the app is closed and some time has passed.
