Using version 2.5.1.798. I have deleted and reinstalled twice. Gets to System Optimization and just continues to loop and show Analyzing System with no green bar movement at the bottom.

Can you post the Errorlog.txt file in AWC program directory? And tell you the computer and network type you choosen.

 

Does not show an error log as it does not finish the scan.

No, there is a file called "Errorlog.txt" in AWC program directory, usually, it's "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced WindowsCare Pro\Errorlog.txt".

 

And can you tell me the Computer typy and network type you choosed in AWC? Daily Use, Entertainment or other one.

Computer type is Systemax, Cable - not networked, don't remember choosing Daily, entertainment or other.

AWC hangs at system optimization...

Hangs up

 

Tim.... deleted the date as you asked. AWC went through spyware removal in one second and is now hanging up on security defense for over 15 minutes and the progression bar is not working at all..... Any more suggestions???? Here's the errorlog.txt

Same Problem

 

Identical problem here. Running latest version in Windows Vista. I was using Daily Use settings but just switched to Top Performance...no change in behaviour.

No errorlog.txt was found.

ps. of note was the fact that if I click each Show Details item individually, I can the fix the problems without a crash. The top interface is where the crash occurs.
