Please change the host of your image, as the address is seen as forbiden, if some one has recent dangerous sites blocking. And the picture is not seen by some forum members.

Have you used Kaspersky in the past? This usually means that there is something in Kaspersky that didn't completely un-install. Could be leftover registry entries or something left in "Application Data".

Cuz this pc is new install windows and only install norton.

Look to KAV web page and find out if they have a cleaning tool and used it. alternatively uninstal iobit and instal again. Try Hijackthis and after saving the log file just go through it and find out if something points to KAV and remove it.

May be your computer before you buy it have install kaspersky

according to the image it seems you use Comodo Internet Security too (white icon in notification area)

It looks very strange: more than one antivirus and more than one firewall usually causes problems

How about the screenshot below? It is one of 157222 bad sites of today.

That is MVPS Hosts + hpHosts + Peter Lowe's AdServers List + SS&D Hosts' decision, in HostsMan, not mine.

 

My part here is trying to warn the users.

I know MVPS Hosts and i dont recommend use it...

 

because it very easy to block some site, maybe not really dangerout or long danger.

 

I wish you can check it by other way?

but my purpose was to tell you that by using more than a firewall and an antivirus, computers security won't improve: you might experience crashes, false positive detections and interferences
