Ie8 - Adobe & Iobit360

Not sure if the problem is a tweak or setting needed but started around the time of iobit 360.

 

When a new IE8 page opens the yellow band open asking if I want to run abode flashplayer? I click on yes all webs and it goes till I open another page.

 

Any ideas is it IE8 or 360 that need tweaking.

 

[using pro 360 version on vista with the problem]

[free vesion 360 on xp does not have this]

Can anyone tell me if 360 pro blocks flash if so where do I alter it please.
