I am very impressed with the Advanced System Care and wanted to pay for the Upgrade. But the Secure Avangate site will not allow me to pay. A 3D Secure message appears and will not accept my password. I went onto the 3D site and changed my password and tried to go back to the payment page to pay. I have the order number. But there is no way on this site or the Avangate that allows you to go back. I have tried everything for well over an hour. All I can get is the order status which shows I havent paid. I very nearly gave up. I wonder how many others have given up and you have lost business because of it. The Avangate site says it will accept Paypal. I have a Paypal account but there is no button/opening that will allow you to do so. What a great shame, such a terrific product let down and losing clients because of an incompetent payment method.

A pity because I am a Moderator on a very busy forum and my members rely on my recommendations for downloads and I was going to post your product and recommend it.

All I want to do is buy this product!!!! :evil:

But their link gives me no opportunity to pay by PAYPAL. Then they wrote on another email that arrived at the same time;

It means I have to start all over again and yet I have an order number. It requests me to contact them. I HAVE and all I have received is automated replies which do not solve the problem. Why should I be put through all this hassel and fax confidential paperwork when their system is at fault.I do not have a fax anyway. This whole thing has now taken almost two hours.

Dear Ladybird,

I am sorry for the delay in reply to your Forum post. I have also sent you an email notification to the email address provided at the date of the order. The incomplete reply you have received from my colleague did not contain indeed a custom payment link that would have PayPal as preselected Payment method, however, we have advised you to place a new order with PayPal instead of card that would automatically discard your previous incomplete order.

Please find below the payment link with PayPal as payment method:

https://secure.avangate.com/order/checkout.php?PRODS=912688&QTY=1&CURRENCY=GBP&LANG=en&LANGUAGES=en&PAY_TYPE=PAYPAL

(copy and paste the entire link into your browser to avoid any inconsistencies.)

This will generate indeed a new order, however, your order that has not been finalized through the card payment option, will be disregarded as per mentioned above.

In your complaint, I also observed that there was no option for returning to the Avangate page, however in this case, it`s not the merchant`s / Avangate fault since the 3D Secure authorization is designed and maintained by Visa together with the issuer bank of your card.

You have also received an automatic notification (the one you posted on the forum) that contained a direct payment link which would have allowed you to retry and finish the order using your card. I will not post it again, because the page will reveal your detailed contact information, however I have enclosed it in the separate notification by email.

I apologize for all the hassle and seemly unfriendly payment process, we will make adjustments so this will not happen in the future for any of our customers.

Please feel free to contact us by email at support [at] avangate dot com , if further assistance regarding the payment process is needed.

Best regards,
