What does this mean when the result of defragmenting a file is "Not Enough Space"?

What does this mean when the result of defragmenting a file is "Not Enough Space"?

 

Normally means your hard drive is full or nearly full. There is not enough free space to move the file for temp storage before defragging.

I dont understand what to do if it says not enough space, I still have 25% free

This has been discussed many times in the forum - try writing "enough space" under the search button in the toolbar and choose "Advanced Search" for your question.

And see if you can find something there that could apply to your predicament.
