I Have Am Issue...

Some how when I cleaned up my system, Advanced system care erased all my pics. I go to the restore point and accept the changes, but it does not seem to restore the files, i.e. pictures?!?! Can any one be of help?

Are the picture files physically gone or are they not opening or showing the picture? What is your OS?

They are physically gone.... OS is Windows. I believe it is XP. If you need more info as to the distro of Windows please let me know.

Hi aoglobalent,

I have heard of it changing some file associations (ie: pictures won't open) but I haven't heard of it actually deleting picture files. Do you know what type of scan you were running (diagnose system,maintain windows) or if you were using a utility such as disk explorer?
