Unknown startup items that should be known

Upon closing AOL software iObit 360 shows an unknown startup item.

Starting superantispyware iObit 360 shows an unknown startup item.

Clicking allow this action and remember the operation produces an error message as follows.

unable to write to C:\programdata\iObit\iObitsecurity360\config.ini

So everytime i use either software i have to click allow this operation.

As an unpaid user, support is not responding to my e-mails.

These may be early files.

 

Most IOBIT 360 files have been updated since beta. Some haven't (the ones that weren't broken). You may have an unclean install, or are grabbing at any solution possible to find the source of problems.

State your platform... processor, OS, etc.

 

Post system log.

AOL situation no longer there. Updates may have taken care of that. When starting superantispyware it still shows as unknown startup item. Have to click allow and still gives error message if i click allow this and rember operation. But if i run as administrator it does not activate unknown startup item.

Guess all is well. learn as i go.
