Safety/Protection Setup For my PC

So I do not understand how to use Forums effectively but my 2 finger typing & Share of current knowledge may be significant after many product tests...

 

Any/all software/plugins below ...should be typed Free after defining each in a Google Search.

 

In order to have all work together,I have found it best to dump MS Firewall & Use compatibly working plugins.

2]Threatfire [first line of defense against all incoming disguised malware]

 

3] SPYWARE BLASTER...manually update at setup

 

4]SPYWARE DOCTOR V 5.5XX PLUS AV [refuse all attempts to Upgrade to V6 which u will soon have to pay for,not better product]...why a useless AV...be MS Nags yo from their SECURITY that you AV is NOT on..& STOPs with this product

 

1 2 4 6 7 ALL automatically UPDATE but you must click a button in a box...OK????Plus they are ALWAYS ON & WORKING for you

 

5]Malwarebytes Anti-malware Free..Stand alone scanner catches what 6 & 7 don't {It's the Best freebie] not always on unless you buy upgrade

 

6]Advanced Systems Care3 [download to sit in tray as Button in Iobit 360 sometimes malfunctions]

 

7]Iobit 360----use "PC Analysis" before 6-----clear your tracks,traces,places that caught you...plus...crap

 

8Secunia PSI ..free...to always watch for needed patches or changes to all youir plugins/software /utilities

 

Safe no malware downloads m[especially if you did a Google search say for Quicktime Real Player Alternative] Major Geeks,Cnet,FileHippo,Softpedia and Softwarepatch.com

 

Dump old RealPlayer updates[they slow PC] or or get the Alternative plugin

I'm currently running Avira Antivir Personal, IObit 360 and Avast home edition......without any issues!

First i want to say: Good post!

Second:

Your post would have been placed better in The Lounge section

And you ought to have opened up a new thread, or at least found some thread that related to yours in some way.

But we might still move it if you want - calling it ? (your suggestion)

The way to do it is to go to the forum section where you think your subject fits best - and then click on the button called "New thread" and in the window that comes up choose a name for the thread and then write you post - save it - and that's it :-)

I'm currently running Avira Antivir Personal, IObit 360 and Avast home edition......without any issues!

 

Only ONE anti virus per Computer,if not they'll conflict and not more protection.
