Slowed down my computer; you too?

I tried the beta version of IObit 360 on two separate occasions but took it off each time because it slowed my internet surfing to a near standstill. My CPU usage was stuck at near 100% and only after I uninstalled the software did my computer performance return to normal. Has anyone else experienced this??
