10Bit's ASC Free & 360 Securety's versus Ad Aware and Diskwasher

Years ago I installed lavasoft's Ad Aware and Diskwasher I felt happy, together they removed spies,junk and other annoying stuff from my pc.

One year ago i discoverd ASC and installed the application to look if it cleans and repairs really better as the both programms 2gether I had allready on my pc.

 

First I ran, as usual the Ad Aware and Diskwasher appplications, pc seemed clean, both removed about 20 dangerous issues from the pc.

Than I ran the ASC......result, shocking, over 150 less or more dangerous files found plus 308 registery errors, 180 MB junkfiles....I clicked on Repair and my pc ran suddenly faster at all fronts.

 

To repeat this test I did the same the next day but than first running the ASC.

The ASC application found again, after 4 hours using the pcm 80 issues, 20 registery errors and 20 MB junk. After clicking the Repair button I closed the ASC and started up both other applications.

Nor Ad Aware, nor Diskwasher could discover any dangerous file anymore.

 

As a real Dutch citizen I dont trust any company that gives something for free so I kept the " old " applications on my pc and they are still there.

But, to be honest, I do not use them often anymore, the regular updates of the free ASC keeps the pc fast and runnning like a diesel engine.

 

About the 360 All Securety application I am not happy, it started to fight against AVG and Zone Alarm so i disabled the 360 All Securety part.

As long as AVG Free and Zone Alarm Free 2gether give a better protection as Norton's paid securety plus anti virus application I think it is the best for 10Bit to improve the program that made them great ( ASC ), i mean if you are a profesional pc engineer, do not start to sell home made icecreams, one of the 2 is giving pain in the company's ass after some time;)

 

Several Months ago I decided to upgrade for the 10Bit's ASC Professional, I guess that proves that I am happy about ASC;)

Norton's paid security plus anti virus application

i assume you mean the 2 installed ---???

as its should do -its a fire wall --

try this in zone alarm - program setting_:::::allow obit 360 accesses to the net-

if its blocked-or set in lesser settings -give it full rights--super--to the following--

 

is360tray.exe

is360SRV.exe

iobit 360 up dater

iobit Security 360

 

disable the blocking of 360--(ad to ignore)

the same as above-AVG should not be inter fearing with it -NOR 360 interfering with AVG----if this persist you may want to report this to AVG themselves to correct this in any of there updates--to allow iobit 360 to run freely?

Just to ADD on my systems- 360) runs perfect! not 1 hick up--

looks like this has been shifted to here ---i did not want to get involved with this tread but since my anser is --

I now only use 360 --and avc--nothing els -as in antie programs

thy do all i want -look after the systems-i rid all other programs

and -to say thy speeded up my systems by 50% faster--

for the last 5 weeks thy run perfect on my OS win 7

NOT TO CLEVER!!!

 

well i suggest you turn this back on --Its the most important part of the program-if you dislike this -uninstall it( 360) stay with what you think was better!

BUT DO NOT HINT OR TRY TO CONVINCE OTHERS TO DO SO

how do i know ? i have 13 of different versions and each ZONE BUILDS--

getting worse- with each Build- WAS A VEY BIG FAN OF Norton

uesd the very first program made by NORTON-THE Black rock ed..came on a 1.2 meg , large floppy disk--up till 2001 ed.

i stopped using after XP was lanced! did try to keep up the programs - running but got fed up

with there over bloated NOW PEACE OF CRAP WARE!!!

 

I will say to any one wanting to use i obit 360 DO NOT DISABLE THIS!
