Accessing Registry Restore in ACS

I ran ACS free 3.3.4 on my "second" computer and allowed it to analyze and delete a lot of registry entries. I noted that it backed up the registry in case of problems and "Help" said I could restore if needed. What if my computer won't reboot because a vital registry item has been deleted? How do I access restore. Any advice would be appreciated, I am running XP Pro SP3. I need to understand this issue better before I run ACS on my"first" computer.

Thanks solbjerg, on the second pass I was able to click on Problems and get the detail I was looking for.
