HEEELP cant play mp4s

iv got both i360 and advanced system care both paid for full subsricptions, I accidently blocked some programmes (i think ituneshelp.exe the start up one and the pcs wireless brand wireless detection stuff) plzzz can someone help me undo this.

hav no idea any options u can think of if u wanted to black something? i think i blocked it from that start up thing soz for being vague i dont really mesh with pc's too well
