Halp smart protector infected

hi I have been infected by smart protector a false anti virus it turned off avira anti virus and installed itself and then reported a false infection that it could remove if i subscribed to smart protector

I have managed to remove it from my registry but when i try to delete it from program files it replaces it"s self while you are looking at what was an empty folder atatching log files Help
