Can I run ASC PRO on a Slave HDD???

I have Adv. SystemCare Pro and it works wonders on my main HDD. But recently I got a HDD from an old comp and hooked it up as a slave HDD. Is there a way I can run the ONE CARE on the Slave like I do the Main?? I know I can do disk clean and some others but I want to run the whole program on it. Thanks for yinzs time
