Help! Windows Live Mail doesn't work

After downloading and using ASC for the first time it stopped Windows Live Mail from working completely. I have tried all the restore options to no effect and have uninstalled and reinstalled WLM.

 

I desperately need WLM as it has contacts of a referee for a job I am applying for-without it I've had it.

 

Can anybody out there offer any help how to restore WLM or even where my address book contacts might be. Outlook Express still works but the inbox was cleared out.

Hi Jeff

Which Operating System do you use?

Have you tried using the Windows System restore?

What about the address book in Accessories, do you have that, and are your addresses saved there?

Have you tried looking through the directory for Windows Live Mail, to see if any folder there contain your mails and addresses?

Did you try reinstalling WLM yet? I think that will help.
