"Cannot connect to web server now..."

I started trying to work with IObit Security 360 (free) on Friday. Every time I tried to update I got "Cannot connect to web server now, please retry later". I tried a few times over the weekend - same. Today - same.

 

This test system has no firewall or proxy server to interfere. There is no other anti-malware installed. I don't want to test without getting the latest updates. When will the update servers respond??

Update server for IS360 is working, and the most recent Database version is 1269 as of now.

 

Only update of ASC 3.4 is not working at the moment on Fast IObit server and Normal Mirror server.

I still got that message as of a half-hour ago. However, I discovered that if I downloaded the update manually (via MajorGeeks) and installed it, THAT made the update process work. So, all fixed.
