Can someone please help me??

I had IObit Advanced systems care pro, which I use daily, but this morning I noticed that it had changed from PRO to free, so I pushed upgrade and then added my Licens number, but it said that I had used the max # of computeres and it refused to take it........This IS the ORIGINAL computer it was on???

Can someone PLEASE advise me what to do ??

If the subscription time is not expired, please write to support@iobit.com explaining your case and send them the code # and your User Name.

 

The correct place shoud have been ASC section, I am going to copy your thread there, please post to that thread in ASC section if you feel like posting anythig concerning Advanced SystemCare.

 

FYI,

I will delete this thread if you reply to the same thread in ASC section.
