Hi Mel,

 

By uploading, hxin has meant uploading the file to a web host if the file can't be sent to Obit, so IObit can download it from that web host.

 

Sending the file to IObit is described in Guidelines and Requirements for Reporting a False Positive. thread.

This is the heuristic, but with the new versions and it just gets more accurate heuristic
