7-Zip False Positive Report

Recommended Posts

Hi Ken

I have installed 7-zip on my computer too in order to be able to open RAR files and a lot of other formats. The Windows compression tool lack some of these options.

But I haven't chosen it as my standard compression tool, which is why - I suspect - that I do not have it in my Windows/system32 folder.

Do you have the version that both compresses and decompresses your zip files? Did you chose it as your standard compression/decompression tool?

I suspect that enoskype is right and that it is the placement of the file that have made the program suspect a trojan.

I do not get such a warning by me!

Cheers
