I have a customer who installed IO 360 afer about a month he can no longer access my secure website. This is the 2nd such customer to run this software and have this problem. What does it take to get a response from the manufacturer of this SW. My recourse to date has been to reinstall the OS, which was is not a favorable solution.

 

Before you respond consider this, I have spent over 200 man hours diagnosing this problem, have had the full weight of a corporate IT deparment slam these machines to no avail. So before you suggest something stupid consider the audience you are contacting and keep your reputation.

 

We need someone from IOBIT like a programmer or IPSEC specialist to respond. This software has tabled our domain as MALware locally and we need the location of that table.

 

Weekenders need not respond.

Try To Shutdown The Protection Of iobit Security 360 If That Not Works The Passive Defence,

Plus Try Then Your Secure Site To Reach In Safe Mode(With Network Possibilities) Maybe Sorry For The Stupid Idea.
