With Windows 7, Microsoft dropped the "Windows Genuine Advantage" (WGA) name for its integrated antipiracy software, and replaced it with "Windows Activation Technologies" (WAT). Will this help Microsoft from piracy.

WAT? Its probably about as much of an improvement as the Win 7 Action is an improvement over Center over Security Center.

agree ..to simple..very poor indeed .its a joke really ,only thing it will do stop the new user ..make them verify there copy installed..mind you if you think to do this expect nothing from MS...bar possible knock on the door ..with a warrant

um can we see ya OS .ohhh dear .who knows..ya never can tell..

any way why the heck would one ..i use the genuine thing .with the blessing of MS..
