How to transfer ASC Pro license from old to new computer?

I'm replacing a computer. How can I transfer the IObit Advanced SystemCare Pro license from the old computer to the new one? I removed ASC Pro from the old computer but that didn't help. I get a Registration Error popup window: "The license has been activated for maximum PCs and cannot be used. Please purchase another license to activate Advanced SystemCare Pro for this PC."
