Auto Defrag still working when CPU usage at 100%?

I downloaded 4.1 and noticed this:

 

I have mine auto defrag setting at 20% CPU usage. I noticed the icon in the tray moving back and forth which I take to mean it is defragging. I was doing some intense stuff and when I checked my CPU usage it was at 100%.

 

Why would it be doing this when it should not have been?

HI,because there's a little time span before the autodefrag pause action and the icon pause action,in fact ,autodefrag's really paused,don't worry

I was just wondering about the option "Stop defrag when resource usage exceed". Mine is set at 25. Is there a general rule for what this should be set at?:?:

Hi Lario48,

I think the default is now 25%, that is what came up on mine after install. Older versions I believe default was 20%.

Would this also depend on the individual CPU and how many other apps are running actively?
