I personnaly have these questions :

 

- Why Iobit support never answer to my emails sent from Web Site link about my paid ASC PRO and S360 PRO licenses ?

- Why since December 2009 there is so much pendings in web connections to forum site ?

- Why S360 makes, at the best, 1 update per day while it is known that malwares born and transform so fastly at the time ?

- Why is there so much differences in the design of Iobit products ?

hello hxin can you tell me if IObit are doing anything so that future builds are compatible to use both ASC & IObit360 on XP computers running Norton 360 ver4 software.

 

in vista and w7 they work OK together but in XP Pro SP3 iobit software disables norton 360 v4 from working. i have reported it to iobit support and they did not provide a workaround

 

At present I run both ASC Pro and 360 Pro on my w7 pc, but had to delete them both on my XP laptop.

 

I would like to know if sometime soon I can put ASC Pro and 360 Pro back on my XP laptop.

My major job is dealing with some bugs or probelms with one of our products --- IObit Security 360. So for your first question, I will forward the problem to IObit Sepcialist Team for further investigating.

 

For other questions, I will tell the relevant staff, they will be resolved.

Norton 360 v4 is in the testing phase, we have contacted them, and this problem will be solved when they will be officially released .

Cite a recent e-mail reply from the norton 360:

"I apologize; Our team is re-evaluating the reason for the notification, and is testing the compatibility issues with the products. As you know with software development, issue require research, testing, development, and often the cycle repeats depending on the work done. Our team is working on this though, and I appreciate your desire to have this issue resolved quickly. Thanks for your follow-up email; I will let you know when more information becomes available."

Maybe you could publish some sort of roadmap for IObit's products. What are IObit's plans for the near future.

 

That would answer loads of questions that already are asked and will be asked.
