Cannot remove trojans...need help

I cannot remove from my system, can anyone help?

You apparently do have infection.

 

You ask for help as you cannot remove.

 

So you ran Is 360 and it isolated and quarantined? You generated report, and then infection was still there?

 

Please be more specific... did you isolate the threat with 360 and then it returned... also what is your anti virus software?

It appears that your registry may also be compromised... but thats only speculation on my part by looking at your post.

 

Also looks like you ran only a smart scan...(by the length of time recorded). Do the full scan for good measure.

Cannot remove trojans

 

I am using Iobit 360 Pro. I used the Full scan and it returned this virus report:

The program is ineffective at removing the trojans. What do I need to do?

Is 360 the only security software you are using? Do you have a true anti-virus as well?
